We welcome you (the user) to the website of The Karachi Collective (here onwards referred to as “TKC,” “us,” “we,” and/or “our”). TKC is obligated to protect its users’ privacy. Our Privacy Policy is devised to help you understand how we collect, use protect and uphold the information you provide to us, and to aid you in making cognizant decisions when using our services.

Before providing personal information or submissions to us we strongly request you to read this policy carefully.

This privacy policy applies to the visitors’ use of our site and any other related webpages, services, applications, or purposes. By visiting, uploading, or otherwise interacting with the site the user is subject to be in agreement with our privacy policy. If any significant changes are made to this policy, the user will be notified through the website. TKC will never share, sell, lease, or rent personal information of its users to unaffiliated third parties, except in the following circumstances:

This data will be aggregate so will not identify you personally. TKC has employed administrative, and technical security measures to safeguard against the damage, loss, exploitation, or alteration of the information you provide. However, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure when it comes to data transmission. Consequently, TKC cannot with surety warrant that your information will be completely protected when it is in transit. Any broadcast of data is at your own risk. We urge you to take safety measures to avoid unauthorized access to your information such as by limiting access to your computer and mobile device.

TKC does not sell or feed user email addresses to any unauthorized third party. We absolutely resists SPAM. We do not have any wish to send unwanted marketing emails to anyone without permission. We will include an “unsubscribe” opt-out link that you may use to tell us to stop sending you marketing emails or newsletters and information on our services and products.

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If and when we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. When we make revisions, we will post them on the site and they will be effective immediately upon posting. You are expected to to check this section from time to time in order to be aware of any changes to the policy. Your continued use of the site after the posting of any revisions shall be considered your agreement to the modified policy.
